Having been employed in Human Resource for 9 years, I constantly explore various disciplines to broaden my own academic pursuits, integrating a psychology and criminology background with human resource (recruitment/ administration), investigation/ lie detection (polygraph examinations) and finance (payroll). My current areas of interest and exploration are labor law, human-centered career paths, and preventative management/ risk analysis. I begin projects by thoroughly researching and then developing my ideas through creative thinking.
